Adaptable Program

The foundation of our program is a workshop series delivered by the Latina Health Project, available both online and in person to the members of the communities our partner organizations serve. These interactive sessions offer an accessible starting point for community members and are designed to be continued by our partners through continued member resources. Each culturally tailored workshop focuses on core areas of wellness: nutrition, physical activity, and wellness, addressing modifiable risk factors that are critical to preventing chronic disease and promoting lasting health within Latina communities.

Beyond our core program, we encourage healthy habits by hosting a variety of virtual and in-person events. Our events range from live chats with guest speakers to on-demand cooking classes, and activity challenges that feature in-person fitness sessions and neighborhood run/walks. Designed to inspire and connect participants, these events foster a strong sense of community and provide valuable opportunities for members to engage directly with our partner organizations, strengthening the bonds that make our community thrive.

    Run/Walk Events

Instead of simply promoting physical fitness, we believe in encouraging movement through community runs, walks, and run-walks organized in various neighborhoods. By making movement a community affair utilizing local parks and routes, we can inspire a lasting commitment to active, healthy lifestyles.
